Divinity: Original Sin Joins Forces with Good Old Games, Plans Google+ Hangout
Larian Studios, the developers behind the Divinity series of games and the current Divinity: Original Sin Kickstarter project, are teaming up with Good Old Games to release their next two titles.
Those two titles will of course be Divinity: Original Sin and then Divinity: Dragon Commander. These games will become available, DRM-free, on GOG.com once they are released, with Dragon Commander's pre-orders starting on April 10th, 2013, right after a Google+ Hangout with Larian Studios that's set to start at 11:00 AM EST.
During the Hangout, Larian Studios will reveal a code that will take $2.00 off the $39.99 pre-order price. If you choose to back the Original Sin Kickstarter at the $65 mark, you'll receive a free copy of Dragon Commander upon its release.
Dragon Commander will feature strategy and dragon vs. dragon combat against the backdrop of a political struggle between many opposing factions. You, as the main character, must use your dragon to lead your forces into glorious battle and assist the people throughout the land, taking care to balance the relationships between the factions.
If any of this sounds appealing to you, head to GOG.com's Google+ page next week during the Hangout to see what they have to say about Dragon Commander, or go pledge your dollars to Original Sin on its Kickstarter page.
And as always, let us know if you're going to be doing any of that good stuff to support Larian Studios!
