Want to play Fez, one of our 25 Best Games of 2012, but don't have an Xbox 360? Then look forward to 2013, because it's making the move to other platforms!

Phil Fish, creator of Fez, has posted on developer Polytron's site, reflecting on the events of 2012 and how the company has fared thus far. He goes over the ups and downs throughout the year and says that Fez, though not a record-breaking game, made enough money to allow him to continue his work. But perhaps the most important bit of news in his post is that Fez will make its debut on other platforms.

For one, FEZ will finally be ported to other platforms. Yes, I’ve heard you, dozens of people emailing me everyday telling me how much of an idiot I am for not porting FEZ to everything. We also have some exciting plans for the soundtrack, and something about a US branch?

So there you have it, folks. Expect Gomez's platforming adventure to make a leap onto other platforms in 2013. Let us know in the comments below if you're excited for the port! And check out the full post on Polytron's site for more from Fish.
