The legendary Birdman has indefinitely postponed his next game and announced that two new ones are coming to take its place.

Skateboarding revolutionary Tony Hawk has Tweeted that his previously announced mobile game, Tony Hawk's Shred Session, will be "put on hold indefinitely." Fortunately, Mr. 900 revealed that he is working with Activision on a major console game aiming for a 2015 release. He is also working on a new mobile game as well.

"I think fans of [Tony Hawk Pro Skater] will be hyped," said Hawk.

Tony Hawk has been working with Activision on his line of professional skateboarding games since 1999 with Tony Hawk's Pro skater on the original PlayStation. In 2012, Actvision released Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, which was a remake of the original title using Unreal engine 3 and featured levels from the first two games of the series. Unfortunately, it was met with underwhelming reviews and a lukewarm response from fans. We're glad Activision and Tony Hawk decided to take the high road, because Shred Session wasn't looking too hot, especially as a free-to-play, endless runner mobile game.
