You'll never have to the leave the house again with the brand-new Pizza Hut app on Xbox 360. Though you probably still should.

With the Pizza Hut for Xbox app, anyone with Xbox Live can order anything on the fast food pizza restaurant's menu. What's more, the app is fully compatible with Kinect voice and motion controls, as well as the standard controller, so you'll be able to order your pizza almost as if you were talking to a real person. The app can also be connected to your PizzaHut.com account, and will save preferences and settings for future reference, and offer local deals.

"We're always looking at ways to give our audience more of what they're interested in," Xbox's Major Nelson told Polygon. "If you look at our audience, they love pizza. I mean, who doesn't? It has international appeal, and Pizza Hut is a recognized brand that matches up well with the Xbox brand."

The app will go live on Tuesday, with a special 15 percent discount offered to customers who place their first order between April 23rd and May 6th. Whether this is the start of a new trend or just a one-time experiment remains to be seen, but Microsoft is clearly pulling out all the stops in making sure you'll never have to leave the living room, or your Xbox, again.

What do you think of ordering food from your console? If your favorite fast food provider had an Xbox app, would you use it?
