Metrico To Bring Playful Infographics to the Vita

Infographics take information and surround them with beauty. Metrico aims to take infographics and surround them with gameplay.

It was recently announced on the Playstation Blog that there would be a brand new PS Vita exclusive coming out called Metrico. It is a game centered not only around infographics as they affect our culture, but as they influence our gameplay environment. That's right, it looks to be a platformer where the world you traverse is created by infographics. It is an intriguing concept, but there is still a little while to wait before we see if there is any weight to the concept.

The Dutch team behind the game call themselves Digital Dreams and have had some experience working on indie as well as AAA games. But for their first outing as an independent company, Digital Dreams will be setting the bar graph quite high.
