More wyvern fights, a new Ferelden castle, Zither the Virtuoso, Skywatcher and Isabela all head to Dragon Age: Inquisition... in a multiplayer DLC pack.

BioWare has announced that next week it will launch Dragon Age: Inquisition — Dragonslayer for all versions of the game at no extra cost. The Dragonslayer DLC pack will add a new Ferelden castle, Zither, Isabela, Skywatcher and more dragon fights will be added to the game. Skywatcher is a fierce Avvar warrior from the Fallow Mire area of Thedas. Zither the Virtuoso is the all-powerful bard, who was originally revealed as a sort of April Fools' Day joke. Isabela is the beautiful Raider Queen of the Eastern Seas, who was one of Hawke's companions in Dragon Age II. Unfortunately, you won't be seeing this content in the already gargantuan sized single-player campaign, as Dragonslayer is a free-to-download pack for Inquisition's multiplayer game mode. Dragonslayer will live up to its namesake and add a bunch of dragon fights to the game's muliplayer, but we have a feeling you're going to have to be a certain level to access them.

For those who haven't tried it yet, Dragon Age: Inquisition's multiplayer game mode is similar to Mass Effect 3's. Clearing out hordes of enemies from dungeons is the objective of the multiplayer, which takes place in the game's many closed off areas. You select a character type, which is a barebones version of one of the three classes (Warrior, Mage or Rogue) specializing in a specific weapon or magic tree. The gear-oriented portions of Inquisition's co-op multiplayer heavily encourage microtransactions.

The Dragonslayer multiplayer pack will launch for free on all versions of Dragon Age: Inquisition on May 5.
