Now that Akaneiro: Demon Hunters has been successfully funded through Kickstarter, it's time to look at what American McGee and Spicy Horse will do with all of our money.

According to a press release, a total of $204,680 was pledged over the last month. This means that Spicy Horse has almost $5,000 of extra funds than they needed. What will they be doing with the money? Well, after asking fans and supporters what they wanted to see, and will be fulfilling their wishes soon. How soon? It's tough to say.

American McGee, CEO of Spicy Horse Games, said, ""We spent most of the weekend on the Akaneiro launch and helping push the Kickstarter over the finish line, so we haven't had a chance to work out an exact roadmap yet, that's something we'll be looking at in the next few weeks."

"However, during the Kickstarter, we asked the players what they wanted and they decided: They want co-op and crafting now and Linux and tablet (iOS/Android) support as soon as possible. While we didn't make our stretch goal, we heard the 'don't forget us!' from Ouya supporters loud and clear."

Money is still streaming in from the PayPal page, so the final amount of moolah will probably be a huge factor in deciding what else to do with the game. But hey, co-op and crafting wouldn't be bad additions.
