Ubisoft has recently announced that their 2009 Nintendo DS hit Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes will arrive on iOS on January 24th. According to the company, there will be a version for Android as well, though no specific release date has been provided yet.

Already ported to Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation 3, the gameplay for Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes has been adapted for iOS, offering, "smooth touch based controls," that will allow iOS gamers the ability to control the 10 different heroes and 40 creatures that are featured in the game. You will be allowed to play both local and online multiplayer games, and there will also be, "exclusive wallpapers to unlock for your device."
