Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima has said that the platform-exclusive Deja Vu and Jamais Vu bonus missions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes are now going to be available to be played on all versions of The Phantom Pain's prologue.

VG247 reports that Hideo Kojima announced that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is getting new downloadable content in the form of the console-exclusive missions that were previously unavailable depending on what version of Ground Zeroes you had. The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Ground Zeroes came with the Deja Vu mission which featured Solid Snake from the original Metal Gear Solid. These two PlayStation versions of Ground Zeroes will now be getting Raiden's Jamais Vu mission as DLC, which was originally an exclusive to the game's Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions. In return, the Xbox versions of Ground Zeroes will be getting the Deja Vu mission.

On Hideo Kojima's Konami-hosted webcast, Kojima Station, the Metal Gear guru stated that the DLC was going to be free. Much like Ground Zeroes' presentation, the Kojima Station webcast was filled with more blue lens flares than 'Star Trek: Into Darkness.' Yesterday, we reported that Kojima was hinting that this was a big, important announcement was going to be happening within 24 hours. While the additional DLC mission is a nice bonus to makeup for Ground Zeroes' mixed reactions, it was still a bit overhyped, even for Kojima.
