Although Dishonored took Best Game honors at the 2013 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Video Game Awards, it was the PlayStation 3 title Journey which stole the show after receiving five awards.

Created by thatgamecompany, a studio formed by University of Southern California graduates, Journey won awards for Best Online Multiplayer, Artistic Achievement, Game Design, Original Music and Audio Achievement. Journey's composer, Austin Wintory, previously received a Grammy nomination for the game's score.

The Walking Dead won in the Story as well as the Mobile and Handheld categories, with the highly praised 3D puzzle game The Room receiving the British Game Award. Valve boss Gabe Newell was the evening's most top honoree, as he received an Academy Fellowship, Bafta's highest honor.

Below is Austin Wintory's complete score to Journey, featuring text commentary.
