Nothing says welcome back to Dunwall like a launch trailer for the Definitive Edition of Dishonored.

An enhanced version of the 2012 first-person stealth hit Dishonored has launched (our review is coming in a few days), and Arkane Studios has new trailer to celebrate the franchise's jump to current-gen tech. We get to see the first-person, supernatural escapades of Corvo Attano as he tries to deal with being framed for Empress Jessamine Kaldwin's murder. There are a variety of otherworldly abilities to enjoy, including teleporting, possessing animals/people, summoning swarms of rats and Windblast.  We can't wait to try them out on current-gen consoles.

Watching this gameplay trailer for Dishonored Definitive Edition reminds us of all the crazy encounters and abilities you get to experience. An all-star cast of voice actors, including Susan Sarandon, Brad Dourif, Carrie Fisher, Michael Madsen, Lena Headey and Chloe Grace Moretz, definitely helped keep us engulfed in the epic 2012 original. As Dishonored 2 is being worked on, we're glad to see the original title receive some love.

Dishonored Definitive Edition is out now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It includes all of the original's downloadable content, include the Dunwall City Trials, Knife of Dunwall, Brigmore Witches and Void Walker's Arsenal packs. Supposedly, the sequel will launch in 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, set 15 years after the original and letting you play as either Corvo or Emily Kaldwin.
