It’s the Pirate’s Life for Disney Infinity

Captain Jack Sparrow is the star of the new Disney Infinity Pirates of the Caribbean playset, and you can see him in action in a new trailer.

The Pirates of the Caribbean movies were a massive surprise hit for Disney, and the films still have an incredible following. It makes perfect sense for the characters to be part of the big initial Disney Infinity push, what with Jack Sparrow being such a recognizable character, who was added into the real-life Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World and Disneyland.

Along with Jack, Captain Barboss and Davy Jones will be getting in on the action as figures. In addition to being part of a Pirates-themed world, all the characters can also interact with the Toy Box mode. Seeing Jack Sparrow driving the Tron: Legacy Light Runner next to Mrs. Incredible is definitely a unique experience, and one that should make Disney Infinity well worth checking out.
