Duo Gamer Controller From Gameloft is Now Half-Off at $40

Attention hardcore iOS gamers! With the holidays just around the corner, the ticket price for a Duo Gamer Controller attachment has been cut in half.

When it was released in early October, we weren't sure what to make of the Duo Gamer Controller. Some kind of easy-to-use attachment was sorely needed for certain iOS games and the Duo Gamer was aiming to fill that need. But it was only available for Gameloft games -- titles like Asphalt 7: Heat, Modern Combat 3, Order & Chaos Online, Brothers in Arms 2, and N.O.V.A. 3. It also came with a pretty steep price point at $80. All of this added up to kind of a question mark for us.

But this latest news makes it the product feel like it's where it should be. The price point is more in line with other add-on controllers out there and expanding the list of games that it works with is essential for it to succeed. Look for titles like NFL Pro 2013 and Wild Blood to be next in line to support the controller, with more in line for 2013.
