ShootMania Storm Open Beta Shoots Up Steam

ShootMania Storm has made its way onto Steam and is now available as an open beta. A beta announcement trailer shows us some crazy footage from the competitive shooter.

If you build it, they will shoot. ShootMania Storm is a multiplayer first-person shooter that allows gamers to craft their own arenas and then invite others to come in and get fragged. The action is fast, frenetic, and all kinds of chaotic. Our eyes can hardly keep up with everything that happens onscreen when viewing the trailer, but it looks like a messload of fun.

The game is brought to us thanks to the Paris-based company Nadeo and Ubisoft. The two companies have also added TrackMania² to Steam, which, along with ShootMania Storm, makes up the ManiaPlanet games.
