If you live in Los Angeles, Chicago or New York, chances are you've experienced a bad cab driver. In LA, I think the ratio of good cab drivers is somewhere around 3.4%. The rest drive just like this guy in this Grand Theft Auto video.

Sidewalks? Pedestrians? Trees? Cars? All of these things matter not to this cabbie, who must get his passenger to his destination by any means necessary. Maybe next time this guy will take the bus.
