Uncharted 3’s Free-to-Play Multiplayer Has Been Downloaded 350K Times
Sony and Naughty Dog must be doing something right, as the move to free-to-play for Uncharted 3's multiplayer is off to a good start.
Since launching with a new business model for the Uncharted 3 multiplayer, 350,000 people have downloaded the game according to Sony. That's not including the players who were already partaking in the multiplayer since Uncharted 3 came out back in 2011.
As part of the ongoing plan to support the move, Naughty Dog is releasing a new Oddball add-on for the multiplayer on Tuesday. Included with the add-on are bizarre items like a paper bag mask and what looks like a pig-shaped garbage bag mask. There will be a whole range of odd items included when the PlayStation Store is updated.
