Super Meat Boy Is a Challenge for Fans Young and… Well, Young

Team Meat's critically acclaimed Super Meat Boy was hard enough for the best of us, and now the React Channel has decided to let kids try their hand at the game.

One of the funniest things about this video is seeing the kids' different reactions to the super-hard levels that they have to beat. While a few gave up early, most went on to the end and persevered through the disintegrating walls and meat grinding death traps. The game sends Meat Boy through a number of trials in an attempt to rescue his "Meat Love" (as was eloquently put by one of the kids), Bandage Girl, from Dr. Fetus.

Of course the kids range in age, but I think my personal favorite to watch was the boy with the jean jacket who seems to think he's wise beyond his years. His nonchalance in the face of danger and stone-faced antics when up against terrible spike circles of doom make the video even more hilarious. The prevailing theme in the game seems to be when you're trying the least, you do your best. The other prevailing theme seems to be complete and utter frustration turning into utter joy when the level is finally over, and back into complete frustration when moving on to the next level.
