Whether you liked the 1982 Atari 2600's version of 'The Empire Strikes Back,' Rogue Squadron or Shadows of the Empire, this excellent video features every pixelated version of the Battle for Hoth ever made in a Star Wars game.

A recent posting on Reddit has revealed a video by YouTube user MikeB which features a compilation of multiple Star Wars games throughout history and each of their Hoth sequences. There are T-47 airspeeders a plenty as they engage the Imperial probes, AT-STs and AT-ATs. It's quite entertaining to see the snow-speeding gameplay go from Shadows of the Empire for Nintendo 64 over to The Empire Strikes Back for the Atari 2600 and Super Empire Strikes Back for the SNES.

Our favorite depiction of the Battle for Hoth would be Rogue Squadron II. You can't forget the harpoon sequences where you had to tie up the AT-AT and blow it up afterwards. As you can tell by the video, some titles have done it much better than others.
