Plants vs. Zombies Adventures Will Move Out of Beta Soon

PopCap announced that Plants vs. Zombies Adventures will be moving out of its beta phase and into a full-on launch (or is that lurch?) for everyone on Facebook. 

Mark your calendars on May 20th, 2013 because according to the game's Facebook page, that's when it's going down. PopCap announced Plants vs. Zombies Adventures for Facebook in March and billed it as "the first of several new adaptations of the hit franchise coming to consumers in the next year." Ever since that announcement, the game has been in limited beta.

According to PopCap:

The fun-dead world of Plants vs. Zombies is expanding with endless waves of new characters, strategies, territories, and community challenges.

PopCap made sure to state that Adventures should not be considered any form of Plants vs. Zombies 2, the long-awaited sequel which is slated to release in July... sort of.
