Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 Video: Development Diary, Tomb Raider Costume DLC Announced

In Square Enix's 'Inside the Square' video, we get to see everything that it took to create Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13. Square Enix has also announced that players will be able to download Tomb Raider's costume as day one downloadable content.

'Inside the Square' offers a detailed, inside look at everything it took to make Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13. The video depicts everything from voice acting, story changes, monster creation, new combat mechanics, all the way to voice acting and even Lightning's vast wardrobe.

Speaking of wardrobes, Square Enix has announced that upon the debut of Lightning Returns, players will be able to download Lara Croft's outfit from Tomb Raider and use her survivor's axe and riot shield as Lightning's equipment. Who doesn't like a little crossover action, right?

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 will be released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Expect to see the finale of the Final Fantasy 13 saga on Feb. 11, 2014.
