Get Jacked in For This 20 Minute Video of Shadowrun Returns

Harebrained Schemes funded Shadowrun Returns on Kickstarter, and now has some impressive alpha footage to show off.

Longtime fans of the Shadowrun series will see some familiar aspects of the franchise on display in this early footage. The game looks rather impressive for a mere alpha build, and the painted look provides a fresh take on the oft used cyberpunk motif.

Narrated by developers John and Mitch, the video shows off the dialogue system, world exploration, combat, and team dynamics you'll be encountering when the full game is released. As the devs point out, the world here was created with editing tools that will be made available to Mac and PC owners to create their own Shadowrun Returns adventures.
