Big Bad Wolf Sinks its Teeth into RPG Game with New Project

New game development studios are popping up all over the place and Big Bad Wolf is looking to join the greats with its next title.

The Big Bad Wolf may just be a character you know from fairytales, but now those fairytales are coming to life in the form of a new game development company dedicated to focusing on RPGs. The company has staff with experience on titles like Game of Thrones, Styx: Master of Shadows, World of Warcraft and more. Those folks have banded together and announced that they are looking to strike out with a brand new project.

We don't know much about the project just yet as they are keeping everything under tight wraps, but what we do know is one thing -- it's going to be dark. "Our desire is to create a new kind of RPG, with a new approach where we revisit the genre," BBW states on its site. "We are still in the pre-production stage, but the adventure already looks set to be an exciting one." The company seems to want to focus on narration with an "intricate storyline whose aim is to unsettle the player" as well as the style they want to bring to life.

There's not much else on Big Bad Wolf's website about what's to come, but if you're a fan of horror and things that go bump in the night it seems as though this upcoming game will be a good one.
