Turn 10 announced today at the Xbox E3 conference that a new track, Nürburgring, would be made available for Forza Motorsport 5 owners today as free DLC. A video previewing the track along with developer commentary has been made available.

The studio also announced Forza Horizon 2, which will be available on September 30th on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Much like the original Forza Horizon, the game looks to combine open-world driving and online connectivity. Forza Horizon 2 will also utilize the "Drivatar" technology that was introduced in Forza Motorsport 5. Racers will be able to compete against "Drivatar" simulations of friends based on their real driving game data.

Forza Horizon 2 will feature 1080p graphics and will run at 30 frames per action. Turn 10 also promises dedicated servers for online multiplayer. Players can expect to have over 200 cars at their disposal as they race around locations in southern Europe.
