Respawn Entertainment Headed To E3 With Mysterious Intent

Respawn Game

Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella tweeted today that the company will finally make an appearance at the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo. Created by Call of Duty designers Zampella and Jason West, Respawn Entertainment has been developing a title that will be released through Electronic Arts. The company’s only updated info on the game is a blurry photo that is featured on their official website.

Although Zampella did not clarify on Twitter if Respawn was set to preview their game at E3 in June, he did add, “I have no intention of showing up empty handed! I can’t say anything else right now.” Since leaving Infinity Ward to form their company, West and Zampella have yet to release a game under Respawn Entertainment. Rumors of a long in development sci-fi shooter has circulated within the gaming community, and it’s likely these murky matters will come to light once E3 opens its doors.
