The World Ends With You: Live Remix Coming to iOS

According to that crazy place we call the internet, there's rumblings that Square Enix is working to bring a new title in the World Ends With You series to iOS.

IGN broke the news that the game's full title will be The World Ends With You: LIVE Remix and it's targeted to be released sometime this winter. TWEWY: LR is being developed with GREE, an established Japanese mobile gaming company.

Plans are to have it run on top of GREE's social gaming platform. It remains to be seen if there will be plans to alter the gameplay and make it more action oriented, or keep it full of unnecessary dialogue scenes. From what we can tell from the media that's been released so far, it looks like the game will remain similar to the original TWEWU.

And please, if you're going to remix anything, remix the music. The songs that play during the game will drive you insane.
