Speedrunner Beats Mike Tyson’s Punch Out Blindfolded

In the game where even Mike Tyson can't beat Mike Tyson there is a new reigning champ and he did it... blindfolded?

If you've been thinking that Mike Tyson's Punch-Out is so easy you could beat it with your eyes closed, well, you're a little late because YouTuber Jack Wedge has already done it. Kotaku reports that after the runs at Awesome Games Done Quick, speedrunner Jack Wedge was inspired to try beating one of the hardest end bosses in a video game without looking. In case you're not sure what all the hype is about, Wedge didn't just have to beat Mike Tyson with his eyes closed, but also the whole slew of 13 fighters before Mike Tyson debuts. Wedge pulled it all off in 34 minutes using a Wii emulator as you can see from the video above.

It seems that Wedge has just set the bar as high as it can possibly go... unless someone were to do it quicker.
