DeNA isn't the only major collabo that Nintendo is doing. Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition will be heading to the Nintendo 3DS in a two for one special.

GungHo Online has been looking for a way to get its Puzzle & Dragons game to reach a bigger audience in the West. It figured there really was no better way to do it than include one of the most popular gaming franchises of all time and we're inclined to agree. GungHo announced the Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragon Super Mario Bros. Edition in mid-January and we'll be getting them soon. These two games will be coming together into one package, which means you're getting twice the match-three goodness.

These two Puzzle & Dragons games will feature a bunch of colorful orbs that players will have to match together in order to get chain combos to battle their opponents, level up and clear stages. In the Super Mario Bros. Edition you will travel to the Mushroom Kingdom, where you will tag along with all the beloved characters in the franchise, like Toad and Yoshi, in order to fight the baddies such as the Goombas, Koopa Troopas and the Koopalings. There will be over 80 classic enemies that will you will find across the various worlds. The second version of the game, Puzzle & Dragons Z, was widely popular in Japan, selling over 1.5 million units in the first six months, and you'll be getting both titles in one package.

Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition will be launching as a set for the suggested retail price of $29.99 on May 22.
