Platinum Games’ Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 Coming to Wii U

Developer Platinum Games is working on The Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2, two titles that are being made exclusively for the Wii U.

The folks over at Platinum Games have put up a blog post on their official site, talking about the announcements for the two Wii U exclusives.

The first game they discuss is The Wonderful 101, a game that features 100 heroes who band together to protect the earth from an alien invasion by literally joining forces and stacking on top of each other. The 101st member is meant to be you, the player, so go on and bask in the glory when you play the game, you bastion of heroism, you.

The second game is of course, Bayonetta 2, the platforming-jumping sequel to the action title starring a gun-toting witch. Check out the blog to see what some of the developers had to say about the announcements and take a look at the trailers below.
