The latest installment of Killzone for the PS Vita will be getting two free multiplayer maps later today.

A developer from Guerilla Cambridge announced on the official Killzone community forums that Killzone: Mercenary for the PlayStation Vita will be getting two free multiplayer maps. These free maps are named Blood Gracht and Tharsis Depot.

Blood Gracht s a multiplayer map that series fans should recognize from Killzone 2, but with a makeover to coincide with its addition to Killzone: Mercenary. This arena features suburban buildings and alleyways in the remnants of a city that has withstood a nuclear blast.

Tharsis Depot is another Killzone 2 map that has been revamped for Mercenary. It consists of an underground mining facility and has plenty of dark hiding spots in order for you to get the perfect stealth kill.

The update is available now, so if you've got a hankering for Mercenary justice, today's the day you can get your fill. As soon as you try to boot up the online, you'll be required to download the new maps, so make sure you have at least 167MB free on your memory card.
