It seems that the Jak and Daxter Collection is jumping from one PlayStation console to another. The ESRB has rated the collection for release on the Vita.

The ESRB is notorious for having some pretty silly phrasing on the back of your precious video game box. Games like Katamari Forever were rated for "Comic Mischief" and "Mild Fantasy Violence." We all know that rolling up school children should have been deemed "Horrific Use of Minors."

Anyway, the ESRB has recently lent its authorial flourish to rating the Jak and Daxter Collection for the PS Vita. They've tagged it as full of "Crude Humor, Fantasy Violence, Language, Suggestive Themes, Use of Alcohol and Tobacco." That looks like a fun and wholesome game to us! Regardless of the Teen rating, if the ESRB has rated a game, then that usually means that we'll be seeing it in the very near future.

No release date has been set for the PS Vita version of the Jak and Daxter Collection, but we can't wait to get some of that "crude humor" and "fantasy violence" in our hands.
