The big boss behind Metal Gear has recently teased about an upcoming important announcement and the inspirations behind his next game trailer.

DualShockers reports Hideo Kojima, the creator of the Metal Gear Solid series, has Tweeted that he will be making an important announcement tomorrow on Kojima Station, which is Kojima Production's video broadcast system hosted on Konami's official Japanese webpage.

Kojima also Tweeted that he came up for new ideas to use in his next game trailer while at the gym. Could this be in reference to the physical rehabilitation Snake will have to go through after losing his limbs in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain?

While we're not absolutely sure on what this game trailer could possible be, we have a feeling it is a trailer for The Phantom Pain. Considering that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes was met with mixed responses from fans and critics alike, this could perhaps be an attempt to rekindle interest in The Phantom Pain after Ground Zeroes' short-but-beautiful epilogue of Metal Gear Solid V had fans clamoring for more. On the other hand, it would also make sense for Kojima to hold back on any jaw-dropping Metal Gear trailers until E3, so this could be a different project entirely.

Kojima also teased the first real glimpse at the iDroid iPhone case, which appeared to be in the hands of Quiet actress, Stefanie Joosten. A better look will be provided in the impending Station update, too.

Stay tuned as we will continue to provide coverage on Kojima's announcement once he officially unveils it tomorrow.
