In this week's cosplay gallery, we've got plenty of costumes that will make your eyes burst into confetti. OK, that won't happen, but they're still pretty cool.

While we love seeing cosplays out at conventions and thousands of characters choking corridors in convention halls, there's nothing quite like an old-fashioned cosplay shoot. There's just something so awe-inspiring about seeing some of your favorite characters brought to life through the magic of cosplay photography and photo editing. The end result of some of these shoots make it look as if the video game characters came to life and are stomping around our world. And that's pretty damn awesome.
