Six fan favorite Star Wars games are making their return to PC via GOG.com.

CD Projekt's Good Old Games distribution service is adding six DRM-free digital games for you to download and enjoy on PC. GOG.com has partnered with Lucasfilm and Disney Interactive to help release six of the Star Wars franchise's best titles so gamers can try out some of our favorite lightsaber and X-Wing adventures of yesteryear.

GOG.com recently launched Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D and Star Wars: Rebellion, which makes this the first time that both of these Force-filled titles will be digitally available for PC gamers. Also launching alongside of Rogue Squadron 3D and Rebellion will be the RTS, Star Wars: Empire at War - Gold Pack.

On Jan. 27, GOG.com will launch Star Wars: Starfighter, Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Dark Forces II and Star Wars: Republic Commando. Next month marks the 10-year anniversary of Republic Commando's launch, so it's great that we'll be able to play as those elite Clone Troopers one more time.

GOG.com now offers 18 PC classics spanning LucasArt and Lucasfilm's Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Monkey Island and Sam & Max franchises. CD Projekt claims that there are plenty of more classics on the way, so keep a blaster ready.
