The 16-bit era of video games contains what some would consider the greatest games of all time. Not only were these games really good, but they were also very nice to look at. Pixel art had evolved from the simple yet charming 8-bit sprites and tilesets into wonderfully detailed characters and environments. Some of the best pixel art of all time was created during the SNES/Genesis/Neo Geo generation of consoles. That makes it difficult to choose for this list, but among all of those beautiful games, these are the Best Looking 16-Bit Games.
