Nintendo has unveiled its release schedule for the rest of 2015, and there are some surprises in the mix, including Star Fox Zero.

In terms of Wii U games, Super Mario Maker launches on Sept. 11, followed by Yoshi's Woolly World on Oct. 16. Don't forget that the adorable Yarn Yoshi amiibo figures are expected on this day as well. Just in time for Halloween, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water will launch as a free-to-start game, which includes its prologue and first two chapters for free. The full game can be purchased from the Nintendo eShop for $49.99. There are also a few multi-console releases reaching the Wii U as well, which include Disney Infinity 3.0 on Aug. 30, Skylanders SuperChargers on Sept. 20 and Lego Dimensions on Sept. 27.

As the holiday season gets closer and closer, Nintendo is preparing its big guns. In particular, Star Fox Zero will launch on Nov. 20, with Xenoblade Chronicles X hitting stores just two weeks later. Devil's Third will finally be making its Western debut on Dec. 11. The other major Wii U game we're looking forward to, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, is due sometime during the holiday season as well.

The 3DS' offerings are a bit slim going into this fall and beyond, but we do have Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer on Sept. 25, followed by Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash. The two biggest 3DS games this fall include The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, which launches on Oct. 23, and Yo-Kai Watch, which makes its big Western debut on Nov. 6. The Legend of Zelda for Wii U might have been delayed, but there are plenty of titles coming to hold us over until then.
