We haven’t heard much from Respawn Entertainment, the studio run by ex Call of Duty developers Jason West and Vince Zampella. The two founded Respawn Entertainment in 2010 after the Modern Warfare 2 scandal that left them fired by Activision. Unfortunately, we have seen one of the founders, Jason West, retire from gaming all together before the studio was able to get a project off the ground.

Fortunately, it now seems as if the company is taking steps toward developing a new IP. They have filed a trademark for “Titan” which covers, “video and computer game programs; video game discs; video game software,” and essentially everything else that is necessary when trademarking a game IP.

According to Gamespot, the studio will be attending E3 this year, and that they will not be showing up empty handed. Might this mean that we will be seeing a playable demo of Titan on the show floor? Only time will tell.
