Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Announced, Launch Window Revealed
We hope you like Mudkips, because we're going back to the Hoenn Region as Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are evolving into beautiful remakes being made for the Nintendo 3DS.
Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip are back as Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will be launching worldwide in November 2014. These two games are going to be optimized versions of Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire that are being remade from the ground up for the Nintendo 3DS. We can expect that the game will feature many of the new features that Pokemon X and Y brought to the table this past October. This means that online trading and battling are extremely likely to be features in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Nintendo promises to provide a dramatic story, which means that it is planning to give a more flushed-out and involving narrative with multiple characters similar to what we saw in Pokemon X and Y.
Stay tuned as we will continue to provide coverage on Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire once more information is available.
