Bossa Studios is going against the grain, and the wheat, by baking an iOS version of I Am Bread.

Don't leave your iPhone near the toaster -- I Am Bread is going to be launching later this year for the iOS format. Bossa Studios is also updating the Steam Early Access Version of I Am Bread on PC by adding a new room to flop your toast around -- the garage. That's right, Crispbread has a hardware-filled assortment of different ways you can play around with Bossa's hilarious physics engine while on the garage's workbench. In all honesty, we're not sure how you're going to be able to play I Am Bread on a touchscreen, but we're sure it'll be fun.

Featured below is a dev diary featuring doughboys Oliver and Malford of Bossa Studios. They provide a small update on what's coming to the PC version of I Am Bread as well as their official announcement that it's coming to iOS format. While no release date was announced, we should expect I Am Bread to hit iPhones and iPads later this year.
