The E3 trailer for Disney Infinity 3.0 focuses on the Rise Against the Empire Play Set. There are three Star Wars Play Sets for Disney Infinity 3.0. The Twilight of the Republic set takes place during Episodes I-III, Rise Against the Empire takes place during Episodes IV-VI and an unannounced set will be based on the upcoming new movie. You'll get to play as Luke and the gang as well as fly some iconic vehicles, including Luke's X-Wing and the Millennium Falcon. We're certainly digging the Disney makeover everyone has gotten.

Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire will be sold as a separate playset from Disney Infinity 3.0. An upcoming playset based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens is in the works as well. Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic will be included in Disney Infinity 3.0's Starter Pack, which will cost $64.99 when it launches this fall for Wii U, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The Starter Pack will contain the Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano figurines as well as the Infinity base. Players should know that the series is forward compatible. This means that older figures from Disney Infinity 1-2 will work with 3.0, but the new figurines will not work with the previous versions of the game.
