Turn-Based Strategy Games

A turn-based strategy game involves players taking turns when playing. Most turn-based strategy games offer both one player missions where turns are taken between the player and the computer, as well as multi-player games where players compete against each other. Real time strategy games are completely different, as players play the game at the same time.

There are quite a few app games that require you to move your iPhone/iPad any which way in order to play, but after awhile that can become overly frustrating or tiresome. While some of the controls in Mega Jump 2 are a little too sensitive, it still doesn't stop the app from being bouncy good fun for all.

Rainbow Moon Review
About a year and a half ago, Rainbow Moon, a strategy RPG in the style of classic grid based games like Final Fantasy Tactics and Disgaea, released on the PS3. It had a… let’s say lukewarm reception. Its story was shallow, its animations were stiff, and its gameplay was overly focused on grinding. It wasn’t without its good points however. If you're familiar with the many works of Sid Meier, you've got a good idea what you're in for with Sid Meier's Ace Patrol: Pacific Skies. The man's a gaming legend, after all, as the creator of both the Civilization series and the Pirates! series. True, his creations tend to be more oriented for imaginative gamers who don't mind spending some time doing mental math, but those diligent fans get a

Shadowrun Returns was released on the PC over the summer, and we gave it a positive review. Since most of my days are spent on my iPad, I wanted to see if the game's futuristic Seattle landscape held up.
