Via a bizarre trailer, Capcom and Microsoft have announced Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus Alpha at Microsoft's E3 presentation. I'm not kidding.

A downloadable content pack that turns Dead Rising 3 into a 4-player beat-em-up, Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus Alpha is available right now exclusively on Xbox One at a price of $9.99.

The over-the-top trailer showed off the DLC's addition of countless Capcom characters, like Ryu, Haggar, and Captain Commando, which can be worn by any of the game's four characters; Nick, Amy, Chuck or Frank.

The trailer showed that Dead rising's inimitable sense of humor isn't only intact in the DLC package, it's been cranked up to 20. Characters cosplay against gender, perform insanely over-the-top super-moves and fight a massive zombie M. Bison as a boss character. It's safe to say Capcom isn't taking itself too seriously on this one.
