Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains’ Bloody Death GIFs

On that day, mankind received a grim reminder. We live in the fear of the Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains 3DS game based on these awesome death GIFs.

Nintendo has released some new info and pictures for Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains. We're still adamant that the original Japanese translated name of Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind was thousands of times better, especially in terms of the theme of the Eren Jaeger story, but Humanity in Chains is acceptable. Atlus has provided some Jaeger-bombastic animated GIFs of what happens when the titans catch you in this game. As you would expect, blood will fly and Eren's comrades explode like squashed ketchup packets in the hands of the titans. Sweet Mother Teresa on the hood of a Mercedes-Benz, those pictures are bloody (points if you get the reference).

In Humanity in Chains, you will play as Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackermann and the rest of the Scout Regiment and will fight off the invading titans to save the last remnants of humanity. This download-only 3DS game will have local and online 4-player co-op. It will also have New 3DS XL C-Stick and Circle Pad Pro support. We're a bit worried as the announcement trailer and the GIFs haven't really shown much in terms of gameplay. The parts where we see Eren in action don't look all that impressive, but we still have hope. We're also praying that the Female Titan story arc is included with this game, we're mighty tired of seeing the Trost District storyline.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will digitally launch for the 3DS' Nintendo eShop on June 30.
