Your favorite time-travelling franchise that doesn't involve DeLoreans, cyborgs or telephone booths is back and it's staking a hidden blade deep into into tabletops everywhere.

Ubiblog announced that Cryptozoic Entertainment has partnered with Ubisoft to bring the Assassin's Creed name to tabletops worldwide. The board game development company, Cryptozoic Entertainment, should be familiar to those who have played The Walking Dead board game and Adventure Time: Card Wars.

Assassin's Creed: Arena takes 2-4 players and throws them together into ancient setting of Constantinople, which were visited by both Ezio and Altair in Assassin's Creed: Revelations. You can play as one of four Templars direct from Revelations' storyline as you move across Constantinople's rooftops and avoid the passing guards. You can choose to hide, move or attack each round depending on the event card at play and whatever action card you have available as you try to get rid of VIPs, divert attention from yourself and gather treasure.

Assassin's Creed: Arena will be available on Feb. 26 for $50, and is available for pre-order at Cryptozoic's official store.
