After their impressive showing at E3, the Montreal-based Ubisoft development team working on Watch Dogs was given the necessary assets to accomplish everything they needed for the game.

In an interview with MCV, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot talks about the game and the need to live up to all of the excitement generated by the E3 presentation.

"E3 was a great revelation for Watch Dogs," said Guillemot, "It gave us a chance to increase the whole project, giving the studio the chance to have bigger teams to help them achieve this goal they have."

Guillemot believes that the game's open world format is what gamers want to see in today's titles and that there's "good potential for success" with Watch Dogs. This notion led to the expanded teams, which will hopefully be enough to turn Watch Dogs into the game that  audiences have been craving since its E3 showing.
