Ubisoft's mobile, motocross platformer has set out from the starting line revving its throttle all the way.

According to VentureBeat, Ubisoft has claimed Trials Frontier has reached over 6 million downloads since its April 10 debut on the mobile market. Trials Frontier is now the third most-downloaded iPhone game in the United States and is breaking top 10 downloaded games lists in 90 other countries.

Jean-Michel Detoc, Ubisoft's mobile managing director, has said the following in regards to the game's success, “Trials Frontier has the most first week downloads of any Ubisoft mobile title to date, and the thousands of players reviews we received are amazingly positive, an achievement RedLynx and Ubisoft are proud to announce,"

Detoc also mentioned that there is an elaborate post-launch content plan coming to Trials Frontier, which will be introducing more multiplayer modes and new bikes to use. Android users should expect Trials Frontier later this year.
