Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call Trailer: Music Type-0

Get those tappers ready, because another musical mixup with the best tunes Final Fantasy has to offer is coming soon, and this new trailer gives us a look a few more tracks we'll be happily tapping along with.

The newest trailer in the Theatrhythm "Legacy of Music" series, this new video highlights music from Final Fantasy Type-0, the PSP and Japan-only game that will be getting an HD remake for Xbox One and PlayStation sometime in the future. Since most Western players won't be familiar with the tunes from this game, this trailer tries to get us all caught up.

The trailer even comes with a nice description of Type-0 for the unaware: "Step into the fray as Class Zero, a group of fourteen students from an elite military academy whose country is attacked by an aggressive neighboring empire. Featuring Ace, Machina, and Rem as playable characters and several pieces of the chorus-heavy original score to enjoy, players get their first taste of Final Fantasy Type-0 in Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call."

"Chorus-heavy original score" sounds fine by us, and the trailer plays right into it with some epic choral scores. We're looking forward to hearing more from Type-0 and the rest of the Final Fantasy series with Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call launches Sept. 16 on Nintendo 3DS.
