The Order: 1886 E3 2014 Trailer: Playing Through the Horror

Sony unveiled a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming PS4-exclusive action-horror title, The Order: 1886.

The video shows a tense sequence in which Grayson, the protagonist, pits his guns and mustache against one of the game's hideous enemies, known as Half-Breeds. Conveying a sense of helpless horror, the trailer shows Grayson unload round after round into his hunter to no avail. Throughout the trailer, the gameplay camera switches between third-person and cinematic seamlessly and organically, presenting an immersive visual package that adds to the sense of fear and tension.

The in-game graphics look fantastic, and The Order: 1886 stands to be one of Sony's flagship PS4 exclusives when it launches early next year.
