Unlike the majority of April Fool's Day announcements, Telltale's official reveal of Poker Night 2 is legit, and we can't wait to play.

Just last week, the first screenshots of what appeared to be a sequel to Telltale's Poker Night appeared online. While the developer was keeping its cards close to its vest, on Monday Poker Night 2 was made real. Featuring characters like Brock Samson, Claptrap, and GLaDOS, the sequel looks to be every bit as entertaining as the first, and then some.

In addition to being able to play the game, winning will help you unlock special items like exclusive skins and heads for use within Borderlands 2 (360, PS3, PC), Xbox Live Avatar items(360), PlayStation 3 themes (PS3), and character accessories for Team Fortress 2 (PC). The sequel will be out in late April on XBLA, PSN, and Steam, with other platforms to be announced later.

"It's great to revisit our roots after the success of The Walking Dead. People might not know that we have a strong history of humor in our games and players are going to find a lot of laughs in Poker Night 2," said Dan Connors, Telltale CEO and Co-Founder, adding "Poker Night 2 is another example of our ability to work with phenomenal partners and bring great characters to life in the gaming universe."

Check out the teaser below, and get ready to lay it all out on the table later this month!
