After Infinity Ward's co-founders departed Activision, Vince Zampella, Jason West and the rest of their stellar team moved on to form Respawn Entertainment. We're happy to see that Respawn's first title since leaving Infinity Ward, Titanfall, will definitely be getting a multiplayer beta.

Players hoping for an Xbox 360 beta of Titanfall might have to wait since Respawn isn't handling that version of the game. Zampella finally revealed the studio behind the Xbox 360 iteration this week, too.

Bluepoint Games is known for putting together the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, The God of War Collection and the Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection for PlayStation 3. The developer's pedigree is definitely strong when it comes to remakes, but just how well Bluepoint handles s current gen port remains to be seen. Factor in that no one has seen one single pixel of the 360 version, and you get the idea there might be something to worry about.

Information about the beta of Titanfall should be released in a few days as Respawn plans for their debut game to hit store shelves on March 11.
