Rare Replay E3 Trailer: Battletoads, Perfect Dark and More

Rare has announced a 30 game anthology for the Xbox One spanning over three decades of its history, including Blast Corps, Battletoads, Perfect Dark and more.

During Xbox's E3 presentation, Rare Ltd., now a subsidiary of the Big M, announced Rare Replay, an anthology collection featuring at least 30 classics from throughout the developer's illustrious history. These classics will add up to over 10,000 Gamerscore points, meaning every retro title here will have its own list of in-game achievements.

As for what games are included, Rare's trailer confirmed some of the following classics: Shake Rattle N Roll, Blast Corps, Solar Jetman, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Battletoads, Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Killer Instinct, Killer Instinct Gold, Knight Lore, Perfect Dark, Perfect Dark Zero, RC Pro-Am and many more. Unfortunately, we doubt Goldeneye or any of the Donkey Kong Country titles will be included due to licensing issues.

While this wasn't the Battletoads game we were hoping for, it's better than nothing.

Rare Replay will hit the Xbox One on Aug. 4.
